For a first import, a trial or mixed product lines, we can find suitable factories, coordinate samples and inspections, consolidate goods where practical and quote delivery to your UK address. Factory minimums and setup costs still depend on the product.
For a buyer moving beyond trials, we can take primary supply responsibility for a product line, compare and qualify factories, coordinate repeat orders and manage a supplier you already use. A second-source trial gives you a way to compare without replacing a working supplier first.
We can work as your primary supplier, qualify a second supplier against an approved standard, or manage an existing Chinese supplier. For larger programmes we agree the specification, annual volume, evidence, pilot and release gates before committing to production.
Buyers outside the UK can use the same small-order, repeat-supply and full-container services, including primary supply, second-source qualification, supplier management, audits and inspections. We can quote ex-works, to a Chinese port or to your destination port. Door-to-door delivery depends on the country and shipment and is confirmed individually. Your importer and local customs broker confirm destination-country permits, duties, taxes and product compliance before you commit.

Agree an approved sample or drawing, then arrange in-production and pre-shipment inspection against the buyer's acceptance criteria. Packaging print, colour, dimensions and markings can be included where relevant.
For specified parts, work from the current drawing revision and agreed critical characteristics. First-article measurements and supporting material or test documents are reviewed before the buyer releases repeat production.
Our team and China-based inspection organisations can issue reports; an independent third-party organisation can be used when the buyer requires one. The report issuer and scope are agreed in advance. Manufacturer or accredited-lab test reports are identified by their actual issuer.

We coordinate traceability and document checks to the agreed scope. Manufacturers normally arrange product laboratory testing; any FSC, ethical-audit or other third-party evidence must come from the relevant certificate holder or independent body. We check what was supplied and flag gaps, while the buyer sets its own acceptance requirements.
When we supply an order, the agreed factory audit and inspection work is included in the quoted landed price. A standalone factory audit without a goods order is quoted and charged separately before work starts. Scope and any external testing or third-party fees are agreed in writing.
