Identify seller, buyer, owner at import, customs importer, EORI, UK VAT invoice or import VAT evidence, and the buyer's destination-market duties.
Name the delivery term and place, currency, validity, tooling, sampling, external tests, inspection, freight, duty and tax assumptions. Compare the same specification and total cost.
Agree drawing and BOM revision, approved sample, critical characteristics, permitted substitutions, packaging artwork and who authorises changes.
Agree first-article measurements (checks of the first parts before the full run), production and pre-shipment inspection, the report issuer, sampling method and buyer release.
