Compare tent factories against one buyer specification
Send the tent capacity and dimensions, fabric and coating, pole material, seams, zips, fittings, labels, packaging, quantities by model and expected order schedule. State the destination port and whether you already have a forwarder. We can search and compare factories, coordinate samples and check who actually manufactures the tent versus subcontracted parts.
Approve a fully assembled sample, not only a fabric swatch. Agree the buyer's test method and acceptance criteria for water resistance, seam strength, frame fit and packing before production; any laboratory report must relate to the ordered materials and model. Do not infer all-season or waterproof performance from a catalogue label.
Inspect the run and plan the container
For a first factory or new design, agree an audit and early production check, then sample finished tents and packed cartons before shipment. The inspection report should identify the model, sample, defect rules, issuer, findings and corrective action. The buyer approves any deviation before release. A full container still needs an actual loading plan: carton dimensions, weights, count by SKU, loading photos, container condition and seal number. Set the overseas quote boundary
Non-UK customers can use the same primary or second-supplier search, audit and inspection work. We can quote ex-works, to a Chinese port or to the buyer's named destination port. Delivery beyond that port is agreed case by case. Yes. The China-side sourcing, factory checks, inspection and shipment coordination are available to overseas buyers. Destination door-to-door delivery and local import roles are confirmed for each shipment.
Can several tent factories load one container?
We can assess consolidation after checking factory readiness, carton dimensions, weights, the collection route and the actual loading plan. One container is not automatic just because the combined volume estimate fits.
