Challenge
The UK charging project needed lower equipment costs and a factory meeting its UK market requirements.
Solution
We sourced the chargers, ran inspection and factory communication, handled UK market certification, gave installation guidance and handle after-sales issues with the factory. A Jiangsu candidate did not meet the project requirements; we selected a Zhejiang factory after reviewing a third-party check, as part of this same project.
Result
70% reduction in unit cost, enabling the client to scale 3× faster. The Zhejiang factory became a long-term supplier. It now ships about three pallets every month.
