Will you sign our NDA before we send drawings?
Yes. Send your NDA with your enquiry and we sign it before you share drawings, models or specifications.
How do you check that a factory can make our parts?
Our own staff in China visit the factory and check its machines, processes, capacity and quality records against your drawing, including any processes it subcontracts. First articles are then measured before production starts.
Does the quote include duty and anti-dumping duty?
Yes. The landed-cost estimate covers the goods, freight, UK import duty, any anti-dumping duty on the product, port charges and delivery to your site.
We are buying a CNC machine. Is that the same service?
Yes, with checks of its own: the quote and the supplier are reviewed, the actual machine is inspected before you pay the balance, and the Declaration of Conformity, English manual and electrical schematic are requested for the exact model. The machinery page has the detail.
Can you give us a second source for a part we already buy?
Yes. We qualify a second factory against your approved drawing and first articles, so you can compare it with your current supplier before any volume moves.
