Before release

  1. The factory corrects the shipping marks on all 24 cartons and sends a photo of each.
  2. We check the photos against the buyer's carton-mark instruction and update this report from Pending to Pass.
  3. The buyer decides whether to release the shipment and pay the balance.

Limits of this report

  • Covers this lot of 2,400 hinges only.
  • Sampling: units outside the 125-unit sample may still be defective.
  • The function test is the on-site check agreed with the buyer, not a laboratory life-cycle test.
  • We are not an accredited inspection body. If your customer requires one, an independent inspection company can be appointed.
