How do you charge?

Quotes to suit how you buy: one delivered price, or an itemised quote with the factory cost, freight, duty and our service fee shown separately. Open-book detail is available on request. Our margin is included in the quoted price or shown separately as a service fee. The service fee depends on the agreed scope, including products, samples, inspections and ongoing supply. For a first order, there is no separate sourcing fee: our margin is already included in one price per unit delivered to your UK address. Off-the-shelf products receive a free landed price within 72 hours. Audits and inspections are usually included in the quote for an order placed with us; complex checks that need a third party are charged extra, agreed first.

Can I speak to someone you have worked with?

Yes. For a serious project, we can arrange a reference call with a past client, with that client's agreement.

Can I see the factory and what I am paying for?

Yes. If you want the factory price and our margin shown separately, we can quote an itemised or direct-import arrangement, where you know the factory from the start. On the simple landed-price route, the factory identity can be shared on request under agreed terms.

Can an independent inspection company check the goods instead of you?

Yes. Inspections are carried out by our own staff in China or, when you require it, by an independent inspection company. The report issuer, sampling plan and scope are agreed before production.

How does the first-order price comparison work?

For a first order, there is no separate sourcing fee: our margin is already included in one price per unit delivered to your UK address. Off-the-shelf products receive a free landed price within 72 hours. Send the product link or specification, quantity and UK postcode. Custom and overseas work is scoped individually.

Are there charges for samples or inspections?

Our own work on a goods order, including sample coordination, is included in the landed quote, and factory audits and agreed inspections usually are too; complex checks that need a third party are charged extra, agreed first. The factory's own sample charge and the courier cost of sending samples to you are passed on at cost. A factory audit on its own, without an order, is quoted to the scope you need.

Who imports the goods, you or us?

Either way works, and you choose on each order. For samples and small orders we usually import the goods ourselves and sell them to you delivered, with a UK VAT invoice: duty and import VAT are in our price and you do not need an EORI number. As the importer, we take on the importer's duties under UK product safety law, including checking that the goods comply, putting our UK name and address on them where required, and handling traceability or a recall. For larger orders you are usually the importer of record: you need a GB EORI number, you pay duty and import VAT and reclaim the VAT as normal, the importer's duties are yours, and we quote our work itemised. The quote states which route you are on.

How do you compare my current price?
