This policy explains how Cambridge China Bridge collects and uses the information you share with us.
When you contact us or request a price comparison, we collect your name, email, optional company name and the product details you provide.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare price comparisons and provide our sourcing services.
We do not sell your data. We share details with factories and logistics partners only as needed to fulfil your request.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visitor numbers and where visitors come from. It is privacy-first, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
Our free import duty calculator runs in your browser. When you search for a product it sends only that search term to the UK Government's public Trade Tariff service (trade-tariff.service.gov.uk) to look up commodity codes and duty rates. We do not store your searches, and the figures you enter for goods value, shipping, duty and VAT stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing enquiries@camchinabridge.co.uk.
