- Replenishment planned against your sales forecast, so repeat lines are reordered in time to arrive before stock runs out.
- £0 sourcing fee or commission on the goods order, and no minimum order on our side; each factory's own minimum applies separately. Audits and inspections are usually included in the quote for an order placed with us; complex checks that need a third party are charged extra.

- Samples of each line are sent to you for approval, with the UK labelling checked.
- We quote one landed price for the range; you order from our UK company and pay in pounds.
- Each line is inspected in China, then the whole range ships together as one consignment.
- The goods arrive at your shop or warehouse with a UK VAT invoice, and replenishment is planned from your sales.
Questions buyers ask
Can you buy several products from different factories in one order?
Yes. Each product goes to a factory that already makes it; our staff in China check each supplier's goods and ship the range together as one consignment.
How does Chinese New Year affect our order?
Chinese factories close for Chinese New Year, and production slows before and after it. We plan the order and shipping dates back from your season with the shutdown allowed for; the Chinese New Year planner shows the dates.
Who checks the UK labelling?
We check it before production: UKCA or CE marking where the product needs it, and the product-safety details, the producer's name and address and a product or batch reference, on the product or its packaging. Test reports and the Declaration of Conformity are collected for the exact model you buy.
Do we get a UK invoice?
Yes. You buy from our UK company, pay in pounds to a UK bank account and receive a UK VAT invoice. You do not need to be the importer.
Is there a minimum order?
Not on our side. Each factory's own minimum applies to its line and is stated in the quote before you commit.
