How it works
- Send your NDA, then the designs, tech pack or sample, your target quantities and the factory's name if you already have one.
- We verify the named factory, or shortlist factories that already make similar products, and report what we find.
- Samples are made and refined until you approve a golden sample; your own-logo packaging artwork is checked at the same time.
- We quote one landed price in pounds, and you place the order with our UK company under an English-law contract.
- Our staff in China follow production and inspect the goods against the golden sample before they ship.
- The goods are delivered to your UK warehouse or the address you name; reorders follow the same specification and inspection points.
Questions buyers ask
Will you sign our NDA before we share designs?
Yes. Send your NDA with your enquiry and we sign it before you share designs, drawings or artwork.
We have already found a factory. Can you verify it?
Yes. Send the factory's name, link or business licence and the product. Our own staff in China check who it is, whether it makes your product and whether it is a factory or a trading company. In September 2026 a UK founder brand asked us to verify a named Shanghai manufacturer of private-label coated bags; our China team is verifying it and making contact.
How do you keep reorders the same as the first run?
Every run is made and inspected against the golden sample and the agreed specification. A change to materials or process needs your approval first, and the inspection before shipment holds back anything that does not match.
Can you handle our own-logo packaging?
Yes. Branded boxes, labels, bags and printed packaging are part of the order: artwork and print are checked before production, and the packaging is checked again at the pre-shipment inspection.
Is there a sourcing fee?
There is no sourcing fee or commission on goods orders; our margin is in the quoted landed price. Audits and inspections are usually included in the quote for an order placed with us; complex checks that need a third party are charged extra. The factory's own sample charge and courier costs are passed on at cost.
