Our margin is included in the quoted price or shown separately as a service fee. The service fee depends on the agreed scope, including products, samples, inspections and ongoing supply.
Questions buyers ask
Can you take a product from China production to UK customer dispatch?
We can arrange sourcing, samples, production checks, freight, UK clearance, stock receipt and order dispatch as a scoped project. Send your product and order pattern so we can confirm the arrangements and quote.
Who owns the stock and imports it?
For fulfilment-only UK imports, your business retains ownership and is the importer of record. The project documents confirm the seller, importer, EORI, stock records and VAT responsibilities before goods move.
Can you arrange dropshipping?
We can arrange direct-to-customer dispatch from China or UK stock. We confirm the sales route, seller, importer and VAT treatment first: the rules for UK-held stock and qualifying consignments of £135 or less differ.
Can you arrange returns handling?
Yes, as part of the agreed scope. We arrange receipt and condition checks using your instructions, with stock records and the next action confirmed by you. The retail seller remains responsible for its customer returns policy and legal duties.
