Our margin is included in the quoted price or shown separately as a service fee. The service fee depends on the agreed scope, including products, samples, inspections and ongoing supply.
Questions buyers ask
Can you arrange customs clearance for goods from several suppliers?
Yes. We can arrange China collection and consolidation with UK clearance and delivery as one project. Each supplier's goods still need accurate product, value and packing records.
Who is the importer of record?
We identify the importer of record, EORI and tax responsibilities in the project documents. A goods purchase from our UK company and a buyer's direct import have different commercial roles; the agreed quote records your route.
How are duty, VAT and delivery costs shown?
Choose one delivered price or an itemised quote showing factory cost, freight, duty and our service fee separately. The quote records tax assumptions, the delivery place and agreed extras.
Can I collect the goods instead of having them delivered?
We can arrange collection for the agreed shipment. We confirm the collection point, availability, documents and vehicle or loading requirements with you before booking.
