The 140th Canton Fair runs from 15 October to 4 November 2026 at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Our own staff in Guangzhou cover all three phases for UK and overseas buyers, so you can shortlist exhibitors, see products and compare prices without flying to China.

Pricing
Quoted to your brief: the number of categories and phases, booth visits, samples and any post-fair audit. Goods you then order through us carry no sourcing fee or commission.

Questions buyers ask
Do I need to travel to Guangzhou?
No. Our team in Guangzhou walks the fair for you, and you can join booth conversations by live video if you want to.
Can you cover more than one phase?
Yes. We cover all three phases of the autumn 2026 fair, so a brief can span products from different phases.
What happens after the fair?
We can collect and ship samples, audit the factories you shortlist, and manage the order through production, inspection, shipping and UK customs. Goods orders carry no sourcing fee.
Can overseas buyers use this?
Yes. Buyers outside the UK get the same fair service, with quotes in GBP, USD or EUR.
