Qualify the factory that will run the tool
Send the released 2D/3D drawing, resin grade, critical dimensions, surface finish, annual volume, first call-off and expected shipment pattern. We can compare candidate moulders or check an existing factory's equipment, capacity, subcontracting and ability to control the specified material and process. An agent's general factory audit does not certify that a particular press or product is suitable.
If you own an existing mould, agree its identification, location, maintenance, access and release rights before moving it. Record who may approve repairs, design changes or subcontracting. Request records, then decide who releases production
The proposed manufacturer should identify the drawing revision and resin lot on its first-article measurements and production records. Agree the measurement method and critical features with your engineer. Ask how finished cartons trace to production run and material lot, and what happens when a material, tool or drawing revision changes. A published statement about SPC or traceability is only a starting question until the nominated factory shows its records.
We can coordinate a factory audit, first-article inspection, in-process and pre-shipment checks through our team, a China-based inspection organisation or an agreed independent third party. Name the issuer and scope for each report. The manufacturer supplies its material and process evidence; the buyer approves deviations and production/shipment release. Quote primary supply or a controlled second source
We can quote as the primary supplier for repeat orders, qualify a second moulder against your approved part, or manage a factory you already use. Send drawings through your confidentiality process, a current part or approved sample, forecast, required reports and destination. We will agree the supplier role, quotation basis and checks before work starts.

Do you operate the injection-moulding factory?
No owned moulding plant is claimed. We can identify or manage a manufacturer and coordinate the agreed verification and inspection work. Ask for the nominated factory's identity and records before approval.
Who signs the first-article report?
The issuer is agreed in the project scope: our team, a China-based inspection organisation or an independent third party. The manufacturer's own process records and the buyer's release decision remain distinct.
Can we start with a second source and later move primary supply?
Yes. A controlled pilot against your current drawing and acceptance criteria can precede a volume decision. We can also quote primary supply from the start.
