Match the proforma seller, proposed commercial-invoice exporter and bank beneficiary to the licence holder. Keep Chinese legal names alongside English trading names. If a trading company or separate exporter appears, obtain its licence and a written explanation linking the entities and their roles. Resolve discrepancies and request corrected documents before the deposit; repeat the comparison before the balance.
