Start with tax registration
Kiribati’s government business guidance says the TIN registration form must be completed and signed by the authorised person. Define the quote to your own port

Where your broker requests a certificate of origin, we arrange it with the exporter and confirm the required format before shipment. Match test reports to the actual model, materials and configuration. Send the draft document pack to your broker for review and coordinate the carrier’s bill of lading with the agreed consignee details.

Check the supplier and inspect the shipment
Our own staff in China check the supplier’s identity, production location and ability to make your specification. Agree a sample, written acceptance criteria and an inspection brief before production. Include the broker’s agreed product and packaging instructions alongside functional checks, dimensions, finish and carton markings.
Before shipment, we inspect the batch against that brief and report photographs and defects for your release decision. Reconcile inspected goods with the packing list and resolve discrepancies before authorising dispatch. Factory audits and inspections are usually included in the quote; complex checks that need a third party are charged separately and agreed in advance.
