Confirm the importing business before ordering

Check the supplier and inspect before shipment
Our own staff in China check the supplier's identity, actual manufacturing site, equipment and ability to make your specification. Agree a retained sample and written acceptance criteria. Before dispatch, inspect finished goods for dimensions, function, finish, quantity, packaging and the approved labels, recording findings against the order.
Resolve defects and document mismatches before approving shipment, with rechecking where agreed. Keep the inspection report separate from laboratory evidence and the broker's entry review. Factory audits and inspections are usually included in the quote; complex checks that need a third party are charged separately and agreed in advance.
