Start with the country-of-origin conformity certificate
The standards law published on Yemen's Public Prosecution website says imported goods must conform to the authority's adopted standards and be accompanied by a conformity certificate from the country of origin before release. For goods made in China, settle the certificate arrangements before committing to production.
Send your Yemeni customs broker the product description, intended use, model and proposed Chinese manufacturer. Ask them to confirm the applicable standards, acceptable certificate issuer and supporting reports for your intended port. Obtain that confirmation before commissioning testing or approving dispatch.

Agree the factory and shipment document pack
We coordinate the commercial invoice and packing list with the Chinese factory, arrange the certificate of origin through the appropriate issuing channel, and collect available model-specific test reports. Agree who issues each document and send drafts to your broker before shipment.
Keep the certificate of origin and conformity certificate as separate deliverables. Ask your broker to review names, descriptions, models, quantities, weights and origin across the pack. Ask which originals, translations or additional approvals they need, and obtain written acceptance of the proposed test evidence.
Check the supplier and inspect before shipment
Our China staff check the supplier's business identity, production address, manufacturing capability and proposed subcontracting against the order. We compare samples with the written specification and check that reports identify the actual manufacturer, model and configuration being purchased.
Before shipment, we inspect agreed product features, workmanship, operation, quantities, packaging and approved label artwork. We record defects and check agreed corrections before recommending dispatch.
