Start with the import licence

Agree the document pack before production

Have your broker approve draft descriptions and consignee details. Check that product models, quantities, carton marks, weights and values agree across the shipment documents.
South Sudan's National Bureau of Standards instructs buyers to use its authorised pre-export conformity providers and ensure the conformity certificate is valid and genuine. Check the supplier and inspect the actual goods
Our own staff in China check the supplier's identity, production location and ability to make the agreed product. We compare samples and specifications with what the factory proposes to supply, and check that test reports identify the relevant model. Before shipment, we inspect against the approved specification and sample, including workmanship, function, quantity, packaging and agreed labels. Your broker handles arrival and the final entry
The National Revenue Authority's portal states that customs agents can submit import verification for online approval. Appoint your own broker to manage the arrival declaration, document submission, customs queries, applicable payments and release. Your broker confirms classification, valuation, duties, taxes and the final entry for your shipment.
Before dispatch, send the broker the final document pack and transport details for review. Agree who handles transit from the seaport, who receives the cargo at the border and who books delivery after release.
