Check product registration before ordering
Benin's consumer-protection law says non-agricultural products, whether locally manufactured or imported, must be registered by the competent sector ministry before being marketed nationally. Registration must precede release for consumption. The registration certificate serves as authorisation to place the product on the market.

Check the supplier and inspect before shipment
Our China staff check who is supplying the goods, whether production is at the stated factory, and whether the supplier can make the agreed specification. We review samples, production capability and available test evidence, then record the approved product and packaging requirements for the order.
Before shipment, we inspect against the agreed specification and sample, including workmanship, dimensions, function, quantities, labels and packing as applicable. We report findings and agree how defects will be resolved before release. Keep this purchasing inspection separate from the registration and customs paperwork your broker confirms.
