Confirm customs registration before ordering
Albanian Customs states that each company must first register its NIPT number in the Asycuda World system to carry out customs procedures. Ask your own Albanian customs broker to confirm that the company importing your goods has completed this registration before you commit to production.

Ask for a written checklist of any product-specific permissions, testing, certification and labelling to resolve before shipment. Agree a quote to your own Albanian port

We coordinate and cross-check the buyer and seller details, goods descriptions, quantities, carton counts, weights and delivery term against the order. If we sell you the goods, we provide our commercial invoice and coordinate the packing list; agree the document arrangement with your broker.
Ask your broker whether a certificate of origin is needed and agree who arranges it. We collect the factory's relevant test reports and coordinate agreed additional testing. Check that the reports identify the actual model, materials and configuration ordered. Send draft documents and the carrier's transport document to your broker for review before dispatch.
Give your own broker the arrival work
Appoint your own Albanian customs broker and agree its scope before booking freight. Ask it to prepare the declaration, review classification and customs value, calculate duties and import taxes, and check the supporting documents and any product-specific permissions. The buyer's own customs broker confirms the final entry.
Agree who answers customs queries, arranges payments, coordinates any examination and obtains release with the carrier. Give the broker a contact at your business and a contact for our shipment team. Arrange onward transport around confirmed release, and keep the final shipment documents together.

Check the supplier and inspect in China
Our own staff in China check the supplier's identity, manufacturing site, equipment and ability to produce your specification. Agree an approved sample, written acceptance criteria and the document checklist from your Albanian broker before production. Include approved label artwork, instructions and packaging in the factory brief.
Before shipment, inspect dimensions, function, finish, quantities, packaging and labels against the agreed criteria. Record defects, corrective work and the recheck before authorising dispatch. Keep inspection findings separate from laboratory reports and the broker's clearance review.
