Importing from China to Brazil: Siscomex
Start with your Brazilian importer's Siscomex authorisation, then ask your own customs broker to confirm the product requirements and final entry. We can source in China and quote to your Brazilian port, with clearance and local costs agreed separately. Your China-side sourcing partner is Cambridge China Bridge.

Start with the Brazilian importer
Before approving a factory order, identify the Brazilian importer and ask your own customs broker to check its Siscomex authorisation. Receita Federal's service instructs the company's legal representative to apply for authorisation to carry out imports or exports. Have the broker confirm the route applicable to your shipment before you pay a deposit.
Give us the importer's details, broker contact, product specification and destination port. Buying through a UK company is a commercial arrangement; establish the Brazilian import arrangements separately. The Mexico guide explains a different importer-registration gate and is useful when comparing destinations.
Settle product requirements before production
INMETRO states that product regulations determine whether registration is needed before manufacture, sale or importation. Send your broker the exact model, intended use, materials and technical specification. Ask which certification, registration, import approval and labelling requirements apply, and which steps must be completed before shipment.
INMETRO also places responsibility for selecting the appropriate import-approval document model on the importer. Ask your broker to confirm the applicable procedure and give us a written evidence checklist. We then obtain the factory's reports and arrange any agreed testing. Approve label artwork against that checklist before printing; do not accept a certificate merely because its cover looks convincing.
Agree who supplies each document
Agree the document pack with your broker before production. We coordinate the commercial invoice and packing list with the factory and the agreed seller. Ask the broker to approve the invoicing structure where the UK company sells goods shipped directly from China. Keep seller, buyer, product descriptions, quantities, carton details and shipment references consistent.
For a certificate of origin, have the broker confirm whether it is needed and which form is acceptable; we arrange it with the exporter when agreed. We collect available test reports from the factory and check their model and configuration against the order. Arrange new testing where the agreed checklist identifies a gap. Coordinate the transport document with the freight forwarder.
Your broker handles the Brazilian arrival
Agree that your own Brazilian customs broker checks classification, confirms the final entry procedure, prepares the declaration and supporting submissions, calculates applicable duties and taxes, and coordinates clearance. Send draft documents before dispatch so questions about the seller or product description can be resolved while the goods are still in China.
We can quote to your own Brazilian port. Ask the quote to identify freight, insurance, destination charges and the agreed delivery term, then obtain the broker's separate estimate for clearance, taxes and onward transport. The overseas buying guide covers the wider shipping arrangement; buying through a UK company explains the purchasing service.
Check the factory and the finished order
Our own staff in China check the supplier's identity, manufacturing capability and relevant production processes against your specification. We verify who will make the goods and identify subcontracted work. Use the factory verification guide for the detailed checks rather than relying on a marketplace profile.
Before shipment, inspect the finished goods against the approved sample, specification and broker-approved packaging and labels. Record defects, corrective work and the buyer's release decision; agree a loading check where useful. The inspection guide explains the stages. Factory audits and inspections are usually included in the quote; complex checks that need a third party are charged separately and agreed in advance.
