Start with the importing company's registration
Bulgaria's government service register states that EORI is necessary for economic operators and individuals to communicate with member states' customs administrations. EU guidance also requires economic operators to communicate their number for customs operations. Ask your broker to check the importing company's registration before you commit to production.

Define the price to your Bulgarian port

Prepare the documents and arrival handover
The named seller provides the commercial invoice; the Chinese factory supplies packing details and available test reports. We coordinate and cross-check the invoice and packing list, arrange a certificate of origin where your broker requests it, and gather the agreed product evidence. Send drafts to the broker before dispatch, together with the proposed transport-document details.
Appoint your own customs broker to handle the arrival declaration, check classification, customs value and origin, confirm applicable duties and import taxes, and answer customs queries. Ask them to specify any additional documents for your goods. The broker confirms the final entry; separately arrange cargo release, port handling and delivery to your premises.

Check the factory and inspect before shipment

We compare the contracting company with the invoice and payment instructions, investigate proposed subcontracting and keep the approved sample linked to the order.
Agree inspection checks for quantity, workmanship, dimensions, function, packaging and approved artwork. Record defects, corrective work and the shipment-release decision; inspection and laboratory testing answer different questions. On pricing, factory audits and inspections are usually included in the quote; complex checks that need a third party are charged separately and agreed in advance.
