Identify the conformity route before choosing a factory
Armenia's Ministry of Economy confirms that Eurasian Economic Union technical regulations apply in the country. Make the applicable product requirements your first buying check. Send your Armenian broker the proposed model, materials, intended use and supplier reports, and ask them to identify the conformity route and any certification, registration or labelling work to arrange.
Get the document list settled before approving production or packaging artwork. Ask which reports can support the proposed route and who will arrange any further assessment. Give your own broker the arrival work
Agree that your customs broker in Armenia will handle the arrival declaration, classification and valuation checks, confirm applicable duties and taxes, coordinate customs queries and arrange clearance. Ask for a written estimate separating customs payments, broker charges and transport costs. The broker confirms the final entry for the actual goods.
Send draft documents before dispatch so discrepancies can be corrected while the goods remain at the factory. Ask the broker to confirm the importer details, delivery route and supporting documents they want. Agree the factory and sourcing document pack
We coordinate the commercial invoice and packing list with the factory and the agreed seller. Check that product descriptions, model references, quantities, carton details, weights and commercial terms agree across the documents. Where the UK company invoices you, ask your broker how they want the transaction and factory information presented.
If your broker requests a certificate of origin, we arrange it through the China-side exporter and confirm availability before shipment. We also collect available test reports and technical information from the manufacturer. Ask your broker or conformity body to review their suitability; a report for a similar model is a reason to investigate, not to approve the order.
Verify the supplier and inspect the goods in China
Our own staff in China check the supplier's identity, actual production site, equipment and ability to make the specified product. We compare samples with the written specification and check whether the named manufacturer matches the supporting reports. Agree how subcontracting and material changes will be reported before placing the order.
Before shipment, we inspect production against the approved sample and agreed acceptance criteria, covering workmanship, dimensions, operation, packaging and document references as appropriate. We record defects and arrange rechecks after corrections. Factory audits and inspections are usually included in the quote; complex checks that need a third party are charged separately and agreed in advance.

Armenia is landlocked. Tell us the seaport or border point you want priced, together with the final delivery address for planning. The quote should name its endpoint and delivery term, with onward transport into Armenia agreed separately. Ask who will coordinate transit, handling, storage, insurance and the handover to your onward carrier.
